The February Challenge

So I've set myself a challenge. I'm going to exercise every day for the whole month of February. My main focus will be to do power yoga and running. I figure that way I'll get a good balance of fitness and strength. Plus yoga makes you feel amazing. Win win win! Day zero doing Eoin Finn's blissology project for Tuesday last night.
