February Challenge - day 4-6

Yoga yoga yoga run yoga.

It's been a busy couple of days for me, so I've just been exercising where I can. Quick power yoga fix in the morning for 45 mins, running in the evening. Not overly exciting but fun! I went for a little run with my baby brother the other day. He is adorable.

I also had a beautiful morning yoga practice on the balcony in Dromana overlooking the ocean. Bliss.
