I've been getting fit, running, walking, skipping, and loving every minute of it!
Yoga is my new obsession, i can't get enough of it.
I can't believe what Yoga does for your body. Not only am i much more flexible, but i feel so much healthier, more aware of my body, and in a really good mind space.
My girlfriend Adrianna and I have booked a Yoga retreat in November with Eion Finn, an amazing yogi and blissologist.
